Founded in 1993 on the principles of excellence and community, LJGA has a long legacy of providing a professional environment where young athletes can develop their skills, build character, and grow both on and off the course. We believe golf is more than a sport—it is a pathway to leadership, discipline, confidence, and lifelong success.
Providing first class facilities to enhance the learning process
We are committed to making high-quality golf instruction and facilities accessible and affordable for youth throughout the areas we serve. Through our partnerships with the Morton Golf Foundation and the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex, our young golfers gain access to premier training, outstanding facilities, and meaningful opportunities to develop and apply their skills on the course.

Junior Golf training age 7-17
Haggin Oaks Golf Complex
Comprehensive instruction for beginners and advanced players, focusing on technique, strategy, and sportsmanship. We meet every Monday and Thursday evenings 6:30 pm to 8 pm. The 2026 summer season will conclude with a 9 hole tournament and luncheon at Cordova Golf Course on Saturday August 1st.

Cordova Golf Course
LJGA has expanded this year by adding a second training location, allowing us to serve more families and increase access to our programs. Training sessions will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
Get a grip golf academy
LJGA has partnered with Get A Grip Golf Academy to provide access to Certified Professional Golf Instruction for low-cost group and one on one sessions designed to make golf accessible to all youth in the Greater Sacramento community.
